Saat ini PT Astra International Tbk – BMW Sales Operation kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Februari 2021. Adapun dibawah ini adalah posisi jabatan yang saat ini tersedia sebagai berikut :
1. Technical & User Support Officer
Key Roles :
- Reporting to the IT Support Department Head, this position is responsible for providing a high level of operational availability and stability for the IT support
- This includes providing a high level of IT support services to employees, as well as 24-hour coverage for the computer system, either on-site or remotely, depending on business needs
- Act as a helpdesk if there is no Helpdesk Officer available in receives user’s issues, takes follow up action thru MIS Helpdesk system in order to have best support 24/7 IT operation
- Coordinates and assists HC Group IT in infrastructure implementation and services
Qualification :
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written & verbal.
- Min Bachelor Degree from Computer Engineering or Technical Computer / Computer Science with GPA 3.0 above.
- Min of one (1) year experience would be preferred.
- Experiences in determine and resolve network data communication 24/7 IT operation issue.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Familiar with PC troubleshooting, Microsoft O365 products including exchange or outlook, Network topology configuration.
- Willing to be placed at Tarjun factory – South Kalimantan.
2. Area Sales Officer
Key Roles :
- Driving and enabling performance of the distributors to achieve cement sales volume, and growth, towards achievement Total KPMs in respective area.
- Implement commercial competitive strategy & SiAS to enhance company competitive advantages.
- Ensuring excellent execution of overall sales plan, including the appropriate RTM strategy & channel management (trade marketing promo) in the field/market.
- Ensuring good customer relationship management, and good complaint handling. Implementing proper, and effective distribution channel management.
- Ensuring excellent execution of sales plan and trade marketing promo in field execution.
- Driving, coaching, and coordinating performance of distributor’s sales team from the content that had been prepared by capability building team.
- Work-with distributor supervisor and salesman to get insights about the salesman performance when delivering sales activities, evaluate the gap and give evaluation for personal development.
- Work-review distributor supervisor and salesman by going to retailer and collect the information about the performance of the salesman or the supervisor.
- Monitor daily sales activities of assigned area.
- Provide accountable & reliable competitive market intelligence information (example: competitor price & activity, wallet share, etc).
- Review daily sales achievement, compare with target, and submit and monitor and implementation solution to RSM & Distributor to achieve remaining target on remaining days.
Qualification :
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Min. 3 years experience as SALES SUPERVISOR (experience as Branch Manager is preferred) strong in implementation of marketing & sales program, and well known concept and driving implementation of Route To Market.
- Education Background : Min. Bachelor degree (S1) from all major with min. GPA 3.0
- Capable to actively implement designed sales & marketing activities (Marketing Management, Salesmanship).
- Ability to motivate Sales Force and drive individual effort to achieve desired target (Sales Leadership).
- Ability to develop and implement Territory Management process
- Office Location : Palembang
3. Shipping Officer
Key Roles :
- Planning, monitoring, controlling and evaluating the process of distribution by sea transport from origin point to receiving point.
- Coordination both with internal (factory, land transport, etc.) and external party (stevedore, surveyor, shipping agency, etc.) to ensure distribution running smoothly.
- Ensure the detail data of distribution are well recorded in database so that we can analyze the data to give better analysis and improvement.
- End to end supply chain optimization to enhance the operation and distribution processes
- Ensure key performance indicators are reported and followed up. Prepare periodic shipping activity reports in line with Company rules.
- Ensure the process distribution and scope of work are aligned with Company HSE rules, procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation.
- Develops the delivery process to meet customer demand, and coordinates supply between plants and terminals, actively strives to reduce cost to serve.
- May participate on cross-functional and/or cross-platform teams for the purpose of sharing knowledge and experiences, as well as best practices.
- Executes & implements moderately complex project & process improvement in logistics to drive continuous improvement to current excellence standards across a small subset of the organization.
Qualification :
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Min. Bachelor Degree from Engineering with GPA 3.0 above.
- 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent in Ms. Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Willing to be placed as employees of a subsidiary of PT Indocement.
